Job Description

  • Achieve gross sales goal of assigned Brands / Category and volumes
  • Train Merchandisers to realize their gross sales targets
  • Motivate & drive gross sales crew for goal achievement

  • Ensure product availability & product visibility all through assigned territory

  • Manage gross sales, assortment and Merchandising in Modern Trade.
