Kuje Prison: Fresh Photos of the Attack Emerge
New Photos of the attack on the Kuje jail facility in Abuja on Tuesday night has been emerge online.
The attack which was verified by the spokesperson for the Nigerian Correctional Service, AD Umar, who also said that the situation had been brought under control.

At around 10 o’clock in the evening, unidentified gunmen attacked the building and started shooting and exploding bombs.

However, after action was taken by members of the Nigerian Correctional Service’s Armed Squad and other security organizations affiliated with the Custodial Centre, order was restored inside the prison and the situation was brought under control.
