The surviving family members of 4 of the victims who died within the January helicopter crash that killed Kobe Bryant and his 13-year-old daughter in Calabasas, California, have filed separate wrongful death lawsuits towards the corporate which owned the plane.

The households of John Altobelli, 56; his spouse, Keri Altobelli, 46; and their daughter, Alyssa Altobelli, 14; and of Christina Mauser, 38, each filed suit towards Island Express Helicopters Inc, in line with TMZ.

Vanessa Bryant, Kobe Bryant’s widow, filed an identical wrongful death lawsuit towards the corporate in late February.

The two new lawsuits allege that Island Express was negligent in failing to uphold its responsibility to ‘personal, lease, handle, keep, management, entrust, constitution, and function the helicopter in an affordable method.’
