Notorious drug baron, ‘O Lord Have Mercy’ nabbed by NDLEA
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has apprehended a prominent drug baron known as ‘O Lord Have Mercy’.
The NDLEA’s Director of Media, Femi Babafemi, made the announcement on Saturday morning, promising to offer more information on Sunday.

“Busted. Even claiming the name of God to hide cocaine could not keep him from being investigated by cops. Femi said on his well-known Facebook page, “Details tomorrow #SayNoToDrugAbuseAndTrafficking.”
The NDLEA has made numerous high-profile arrests since Buba Marwa took over as Chairman in 2021.
NDLEA captured almost N130 billion in cash and illicit substances in 2021 alone.

During the same time span, the agency also secured 1,400 convictions.
The NDLEA’s accomplishments last year topped those of any other year in the last 30 years.
