Justice Musa, who bought the complainant to pay Omo-Agege N1million damages, stated the disciplinary procedures including Omo-Agege in the State of California in the United States, even if it ended in punitive actin versus the first accused (Omo-Agege) might not rise to criminal procedures, founding guilty and sentencing as supplied under Section 66 (1) and (2) of the Constitution.
