Job Description

Job Title: Chief Regulatory & Legal Officer

Job Description

  • The Chief Regulatory & Legal Officer is liable for the compliance to guidelines/rules issued by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) sometimes and offering real-time authorized and regulatory advisory to Management.
  • The candidate can even supervise different authorized capabilities.
  • The Chief Regulatory & Legal Officer will report on to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on all issues and can oversee the actions of the Regulatory and Legal Department.

  • Ensure implementation of Tariff orders, guidelines/rules and directives of NERC;
