Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a constructive, empathetic {and professional} angle towards prospects at all occasions.
  • Responding promptly to buyer inquiries.
  • Communicating with prospects by way of varied channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving buyer complaints.
  • Knowing our companies inside and outside so as to reply questions.
  • Processing orders, kinds, purposes, and requests.
  • Keeping data of buyer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as needed.
  • Providing suggestions on the effectivity of the customer support course of.
  • Managing a group of junior customer support representatives.
  • Ensure buyer satisfaction and supply skilled buyer assist.

Requirements

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Act as the purpose of contact between the supervisor and inner/exterior purchasers
  • Screen and direct cellphone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule conferences and appointments
  • Make journey preparations
  • Produce reports, shows and briefs
  • Maintain workplace submitting system.

Requirements

  • Proven work expertise as a private assistant
  • Knowledge of workplace administration programs and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time administration expertise
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize day by day workload
