The License permits EMTS present Fixed Telephony (wired or wi-fi), Digital Mobile Services, International Gateway Services and National/Regional Long Distance Services along with spectrum assignments within the 900 and 1800 MHz bands.

Job Summary

  • Implement the regional gross sales technique and guarantee achievement of targets and repair ranges.

Principal Functions    
Tactical:

  • Monitor and analyse key traits within the Sales phase and establish potential market alternatives.
  • Assist in constantly reviewing the unit’s actions, make suggestions for enchancment and implement accepted initiatives to make sure enhanced performance of the unit.
  • Assist in figuring out required sources, personnel and funding to realize the unit’s technique.
  • Establish and keep relationships with key inside and exterior stakeholders.

Operational:

  • Oversee all day by day gross sales and repair actions.

  • Identify and handle key accounts inside the sale phase

  • Identify and implement particular motion plans to allow well timed realization of gross sales plans.
  • Assist in implementing the unit’s work applications and plans consistent with agreed upon procedures and tips.
  • Assist in planning and managing the human and materials sources of the unit to optimize performance, morale and improve productiveness.
  • Provide management and steerage to crew members and handle subordinates’ performance in direction of the achievement of general crew targets.
  • Prepare/compile agreed periodic exercise and performance reports for the eye of the Head, Regional Sales
  • Perform every other duties as assigned by the Head, Regional Sales

Educational Requirements

  • First degree or equal in a related self-discipline.
  • Postgraduate / skilled qualification in a associated subject will probably be an added benefit

Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Six (6) to eight (8) years work expertise, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory position.
