Job Descriptions
Administrative Function:

  • The Admin Officer will probably be accountable for common administrative duties for the group and every other duties assigned;

Service Contract Management Function:

  • Drafting and Review of Contractual Documents- NDA, MOU and Service Level Agreements
  • Recurrent Service contract Renewal
  • Service Payment Debt restoration
  • Build & keep up to date Contract Document Database
  • Revenue Assurance

Qualifications and Experience

  • A primary Degree in Commercial//Science/Art with Minimums of 2nd Class Lower
  • Sales Academy, ITIL V3 Foundation, Customer service and Computer Appreciation talent trainings is an added benefit.
  • Less than 2 years

Personal Skills:

  • Good interpersonal talent
  • Effective written and verbal communication expertise
  • Ability to handle a number of duties
  • Good administrative expertise
