Job Title: Area Manager (Restaurant Operations)

Skills, Competencies and Requirements
Functional Competencies/Requirements:

  • Good understanding of the Food Industry
  • Strong data of preventative upkeep plan, electrical, engineering and kitchen equipments

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development/Policy Development:

  • Financial  and Business planning for variety of eating places being managed
  • P & L administration (achievement of gross sales and revenue targets, projections)
  • Accountable for the event and co-ordinate an Annual Business Plan for every restaurant
  • Ensure that the enterprise operates at the strategically accepted Gross Profit % stage

Operations:

  • Ensure the graceful daily operation of the Restaurants with the last word goal of enhancing service requirements and attaining a persistently excessive stage of buyer satisfaction. This will contain administration of your RVF, OSC and different associated instruments
  • Hold common employees planning assembly with Restaurant Manager(s)  in your space to plot recruitment plan
  • Complete competency evaluations and improvement plans for administration groups in your space
  • Identify potential in employees and managers and supply people with improvement coaching to maximise their expertise
  • Carry out employees interviews and Induction Training with Restaurant Managers
  • Manage absence and disciplinary points throughout the restaurant, in search of specialist help the place required
  • Conduct administration conferences
  • Keep common contact with prospects to acquire suggestions on service, meals high quality and employees friendliness
  • Manage Community tasks
  • Respond to written buyer complaints
