It is my turn to govern
Mr. Kingsley Otuaro, the Deputy Governor of Delta State, has shown interest in succeeding Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as Delta State Governor in 2023.
After the inauguration of his campaign headquarters in Asaba, Otuaro claimed that he is determined to assist Deltans.
“I have just opened and dedicated to God an ultra-modern edifice as Campaign Organization Office in fulfilment of my quest to govern Delta in the general election of 2023,” he stated.
“I’ve always supported the Governor, and now it’s my turn to lead Deltans.”
I will champion the common good principle and my dedication to maximising Delta’s industrial potential by providing limitless chances for everybody.

“In a multi-ethnic society like ours, Delta State, this principle of common good will be achieved by promoting leadership that is free of ethnic sentiments.” It is Delta for everyone, and my ultimate goal is to make the Delta of our dreams a reality.
“The commendable progress that Delta State has made in the last six years, which some refer to as ‘phenomenal transformation,’ is a reflection of the great exemplary, noteworthy, and much-discussed working relationship I had with my boss and principal, Governor, His Excellency, Senator Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa.”
