Mr. Kingsley Otuaro, the Deputy Governor of , has shown interest in succeeding Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as Delta State Governor in 2023.

After the inauguration of his campaign headquarters in Asaba, Otuaro claimed that he is determined to assist Deltans.

“I have just opened and dedicated to God an ultra-modern edifice as Campaign Organization Office in fulfilment of my quest to govern Delta in the general election of 2023,” he stated.
