Role Description

  • Innovation and Strategist Manager is anticipated to develop,execute and take a lead function within the design and implementation of Brand methods with a purpose to obtain focused revenue, market share and quantity targets on the model/class
  • A key contributor to the success of the strategic plan demonstrating business management in model constructing exercise

Job Duties

  • To persistently show understanding of purchasers’ expectations by growth of efficient proposals and campaigns.
  • Collect artistic Briefs throughout features as required with the intent of sharing insights and massive concepts for execution with staff
  • Understand Products, Interpret, acquire and talk insights on the target market and use these successfully within the execution of all artistic materials.
  • Ensure all spherical compliance of artistic materials to all Brand parts together with Corporate and visible identities and model worth proposition
  • Provide high quality management over ideas and initiatives to make sure model consistency.
  • Ensure that each artistic execution meets all high quality assurance parameters as set out within the model handbook.
  • Manage a number of artistic execution initiatives from idea by to completion with supervision from the Head of Creative.
  • To formulate efficient communication and execution methods for winnable and environment friendly campaigns that aids the achievement of purchasers’ enterprise goal.
  • Intelligent understanding and interpretations of client briefs.
  • Collate & compile thorough on-brand case examine reports for purchasers & for inner functions.
  • Build/develop artistic, usable and actionable concepts
  • Developing communication methods focused at key audiences of the model utilizing the model’s USPs
  • Presenting enterprise methods and suggestions in proposals.
  • Working with exterior and inner stakeholders to establish client contact factors and perceive executable mechanics
  • Manage ideas, oversee and fulfil copywriting tasks, and lead all artistic growth processes and executions.

Education and Technical Requirements

  • 7+ years artistic expertise with an Experiential business, promoting company, in-house advertising and marketing staff, post-production home, or PR/digital advertising and marketing businesses.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite expertise
  • Proficiency in all relevant software program (Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator – After Effects, Premiere a plus)
