Biodun Oyebanji has been declared winner of Ekiti Election.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Mr Biodun Oyebanji, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the winner of the Ekiti State governorship election.
This is according to the Ekiti Election Result 2022 as announced by the Collation Officers of various LGAs.

After collating the results of the supplementary election in seven polling units, the Returning Officer, Prof Kayode Oyebode Adebowale, Vice Chancellor, University of Ibadan (UI), declared Oyebanji the winner of the election.
Oyebanji received 187,057 votes to win the election, while Engr Segun Oni, the standard bearer of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), received 82, 211 votes to finish second.
Otunba Bisi Kolawole, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, came in third place with 67,457 votes.
Prof Adebowale announced the results, saying that Oyebanji, who received the most votes, was declared the winner and re-elected as the Governor-elect of Ekiti State.
Oyebanji was elected in 15 local government areas across the state, while Kolawole was elected in his hometown of Efon-Alaaye.
Ekiti west, Gbonyin, Ijero, Ikole, Ikere, Ado, Irepodun/Ifelodun, Ilejemeje, Ido/Osi, and Moba are among the local governments won by Oyebanji, according to the INEC Collation Centre in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital.
Ekiti Southwest, Oye, Emure, Ise/Orun, and Ekiti East are among the others.
