Chethana Raj, an Indian television celebrity, died after undergoing “fat-free” surgery in a private facility in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
On Monday, May 16, the singer admitted to having the operation.
The actress is thought to have died from a cardiac arrest triggered by breathing issues that led fluid to build up in her lungs.

Medics are said to have discovered the actress unresponsive with “no pulse” when they arrived.
Doctors tried for 45 minutes to resuscitate her with CPR but were unsuccessful.
