Job Title: Management Trainee

Job Description

  • Develop new potential customers to increase sales for the Loyalty Services Unit and will be accountable for the sales and marketing of the business’s commitment program services and proprietary Loyalty Software brand names. This will include list building, proposition development, sales calls and abilities discussions, and closing company through the agreement phase in a team-selling environment.
  • Provide ‘program management & support services’ for LSL’s different Loyalty Solutions used by LSL’s Loyalty Clients.
  • Support corporate company strategies and application; and to completely comprehend business workflow procedures for the development and application of client tasks, and to interact with all appropriate Company practical systems and assistance service shipment to clients.
  • Provide job application & assistance services’ for ‘Loyalty, Merchant Network Development & Management, Card Production and any other Projects’ carried out by the Company. This will consist of, however not restricted to job consulting, job secretariat & paperwork services, client intermediary, and other particular jobs assigned to you for the functions of supporting LSL activities.

  • Manage relationship with customers that have programs under management by the business.
  • Project co-ordination & management assistance for client programs.
  • Liaise in between LSL personnel and customers.
  • Ensure client program schedules are being followed.
  • Prepare propositions, plan styles, application strategies and assistance job implementations.
  • Drive administration & reporting for everyday client account operations
  • Work with devoted and non-dedicated resources to make sure group handshake application and rewarding Client management

  • Support and improve LSL’s sales process and facilities to support the sales effort for all LSL services.
  • Become a crucial gamer in supporting corporate company preparation and application and driving the sales strategy.

Requirements and Qualification
This position is for an individual who:

  • Is a graduate from a leading university (foreign degree would be an included benefit)
