Job Title: HR / Account Officer / Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Coordinate firm monetary planning and finances administration perform and analyze benchmarks for measuring the monetary and working performance for Departments.
- Prepare, look at, and analyze accounting data, monetary statements, and different monetary reports to evaluate accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural requirements.
- Produce optimum, high quality and well timed HR indicators, to organize some authorized paperwork and to observe up some personnel administration recordsdata.
- Maintaining bodily and digital personnel data like employment contracts and PTO requests
- Update inside databases with new rent info
Qualifications
- B.Sc in Human Resources Management or Accounting.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Accounting software program
- Basic information of labor laws
- Work expertise as an HR & Admin Officer, HR/Account Officer or comparable position
- 5 year work expertise.
- Experience utilizing spreadsheets.
- Organizational abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
