Job Title: Key Account Executive (Oil and Gas)

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Effectively coordinate and monitor all actions occurring for every account assigned; from lead identification and tender technology up until cycle closure.
  • Establish, develop, and preserve belief and enterprise relationships with key personnel throughout varied departments (contracts and procurement, upkeep, engineering, tasks, finance, and accounting, and many others) in assigned accounts.
  • Acquire an intensive understanding of the shoppers’ enterprise, objectives, wants, and necessities and accordingly suggest options that meet their goals.
  • Keep abreast of client manufacturing charges, investments and divestments, and different actions, information, and tasks to be able to construct alternative pipeline, determine new areas of curiosity, and generate new enterprise.
  • Ensure profitable and well timed supply of services to assigned accounts in keeping with their specs.
  • Arrange, at a minimal, weekly visits to every buyer to comply with up on enterprise.
  • Ensure Client visits are pre-planned and properly ready previous to the go to. Visits to be adopted with well timed & skilled go to reports.
  • Attend to tenders and negotiate with the shoppers tender, contract, and quotations phrases and circumstances according to each the corporate accepted parameters and shoppers’ wants till closing the deal.
  • Promote the corporate as an answer supplier and unfold consciousness of our product choices, the benefit over the competitors, and our after-sales help companies to assist improve market share.
  • Follow up available on the market exercise and develop an intensive understanding of main gamers/opponents within the trade for each provide and companies and accordingly develop methods to maintain a aggressive benefit.
  • Prepare common reports on progress, targets met, and forecasts on a well timed foundation as required by direct Manager. Closely liaise and coordinate with different inter-company departments (logistics, companies, and procurement, and many others) and preserve a constructive and cooperative relationship.
