Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Location: Nationwide

Core Deliverables

  • Deliver the month-to-month gross sales targets.
  • Achieve availability and visibility of our merchandise in shops that’s at the identical stage of our most important rivals.

Job Requirements

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Nationwide

Job Functions

  • Make periodic plan for the territory with clear KPIs
  • Responsible for Distributor administration and efficient use of allotted assets.
  • Monitor performance and information employees assigned to his/her territory.
  • Liaising with administration and clients for efficient supply of our merchandise.
  • Market supervision – Price Check, Competition examine, new improvement affecting the enterprise, and many others.
  • Provide weekly/month-to-month gross sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
  • Execute the gross sales and advertising plan for the territory as agreed with the Branch Manager.
  • Monitor Distributors’ turnover and shares on a weekly foundation and make sure that the assorted SKUs can be found and that the Distributors meet their month-to-month targets.
  • Develop and execute motion plans in case the Distributor falls brief on his/her month-to-month goal.
  • Develop and execute a coaching plan for the staff (along with the Region Training Manager).
  • Monitor the staff’s performance and supply suggestions to them frequently.
  • Work along with the Marketing staff to execute and observe actions within the territory.

Core Deliverables:

  • Plan and Deliver the month-to-month gross sales targets for his territory.
  • Achieve availability of our merchandise at the Distributors’ retailers.
  • Identify, create and execute alternatives with Distributors to extend sell-in/sell-out.
  • Effectively Manage the assets allotted for Sales operations of his assigned territory.
  • Ensure optimization of staff effort in direction of the achievement of territory goal.
  • Supervise, coach and practice his staff on the job to raised promote and merchandize our merchandise.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of HND with 5 years’ expertise in Sales; ideally in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
  • Territory Management Skills (buyer/outlet mapping, name/route plan, quantity planning, NND, Market Analysis).
  • Proficiency in constructing and sustaining Strong Customer Relationship.
  • Must possess good analytical and computing abilities.
  • Proficiency in Information monitoring, Sales analytics and energy level presentation.
  • Exerting private affect for initiating motion steps and execution of plans.
  • Decision-making and demonstrating self-confidence.
  • Strong buyer focus and negotiating abilities.
  • Applicant should not be above 35 years.
