Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Control chequebooks:

  • Attend to telephonic queries concerning cheque books.

Control Automated Teller Machine (ATM) playing cards:

  • Receive and deal with ATM playing cards in line with laid-down insurance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the ATM playing cards are locked away in a single day.
  • Handle retained ATM playing cards in line with laid-down procedures.
  • Perform day by day balancing of ATM playing cards along with the Asset Custodian
  • Attend to all telephonic enquiries concerning ATM playing cards.
  • Dispatch and obtain ATM playing cards to/from away branches.
  • File ATM playing cards in received-date order.


  • Issue off-cycle statements at buyer’s occasion and take costs as applicable
  • Keep data of all source directions from prospects

Reactive promoting:

  • Identify cross-selling and migration alternatives and promote merchandise/providers reactively.
  • Participate in tactical gross sales/advertising and marketing actions as required.

SIPML Management:

  • Attend to all pension enquiries
  • Processing of client withdrawal application.
  • Print statement of account and registration certificates for the client
  • Cross sale.
  • Render day by day report on relevant platform.
  • Processing of client change of account data and signature
  • Processing of NSITF switch.
  • Processing of deceased individual profit withdrawal.

SIAML Management:

  • Attend to all Asset administration enquiries
  • Processing of deceased individual redemption
  • Print statement of account and registration certificates for the client
  • Dispatch all doc to applicable unit after execution
  • Cross sale.
  • Processing of client subscription.
  • Processing of client redemption
  • Processing of client change of account data.

Preferred Qualification and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in any associated area
  • Experienced in upholding the best ranges of service.
  • Experience in finishing credit score purposes efficiently.
  • 0-2years banking expertise, ideally interfacing with prospects.
  • Strong relationship administration background.

Knowledge/Technical Skills/Expertise:

  • Relevant enterprise/monetary qualification
  • Interpret monetary statements; assess sources of revenue and fundamental buyer affordability calculations (debt to revenue ratio, mortgage to worth ratio, instalment to revenue ratio, and many others).
  • Demonstrate excessive ranges of pc literacy – in a position to seize/replace buyer database, efficiently full product/lending purposes, guarantee credit score upkeep, and many others.
