Nigerian Senate has passed a bill seeking to establish the Tertiary Hospital Development Fund for Nigerian Students.

Ejes Gist News gathered, the bill was passed after the plenary considered and adopted a report from the Committee on Health (Secondary and Tertiary) on Tuesday.
Sen. Yahaya Oloriegbe (APC-Kwara), the Chairman of the Committee, stated in his presentation that the bill aimed to establish the Tertiary Hospitals Development Fund for the rehabilitation, restoration, and consolidation of tertiary healthcare in Nigeria.
