Job Title: Front Office Manager
Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• To management and coordinate the employees within the division for environment friendly and efficient utilization of capability to achieve the Hotel general targets.
• To preserve correct and enough data between the Guest Service Agent (GSA), Porters and Doormen and so on.
• Ensure that Guest is handled with the best humility.
• Schedule and attend departmental and Management conferences.
• Ensure that ready room checklist is submitted to your workplace by the housekeeping supervisor or supervisor earlier than the shut of labor on each day foundation.
• Make positive all working instruments (materials) akin to visitor cleaning soap, air-freshener, towels and so on can be found on each day foundation.
• Ensure that the receptions to the Guest restroom are clear and tidy at all time.
• Rooms should be checked by porter and guarantee rooms are prepared with all amenities functioning earlier than Guest are checked inn.
• Ensure that the job is carried out on this division directly.
• Submit each day report on variety of Guest to the Hotel.

• Liaise with the Guest and act because the Hotel Public Relation Officer.
• Ensure that each one employees are properly dressed within the division.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc degree with at least 5 years work expertise.
