Job Summary

General Responsibilities:

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Accounting & Finance and/or Business Administration with appropriate mix of education, training and/or experience associated to task requirements.
  • Minimum 10 years progressive experience in a financial/accounting and administrative environment leading in a supervisory function;
  • Minimum 5 years in grant management and compliance of significant donors.
  • Demonstrated experience in keeping basic journal and associated accounting schedules through a complete accounting cycle;
  • Demonstrated experience in handling monetary and expense accounting obligations in a task accounting environment;
  • Integrity, sincerity and a strong dedication to quality;
  • Ability to recognize and frame scenarios and chances, and make suitable choices with very little oversight;
  • Process and information orientated on all elements of the organization’s financial resources and operations;
  • Must have actually outstanding composed and spoken interaction abilities to relay finance details to non-financial users;
  • Ability to work successfully with varied groups both in the field and at Cuso International HQ;

  • Recognized expert classification such as CPA, CMA, CGA or comparable is chosen;
  • Knowledge of Cuso International objectives and technique to advancement work;
