His Eminence, Eze Dr. Benard Onyenguzo Enweremmadu, the Ancestral Head of Ngwa Territory, Ezeukwu of Ngwaukwu, is dead.
The death of Enweremadu was announced in a press release by his family at his home on Saturday by the crown prince, Rt. Hon. Hon! Enweremmadu Prince C.O.

Eze Enweremmadu died on January 17, 2021, according to a press release. He was 77 years of age.
The late Eze Enweremmadu was the former president of the Traditional Rulers’ State Council of Abia.
Prince C.O. Enweremmadu, speaking on behalf of the family, said that their late father made some amazing remarks a few months before he died.

He said: “Ezeukwu made some remarkable statements on 23rd October 2020, and if we had foresight, we would have seen this coming.”
According to the Crown Prince, “this is a remarkable year,” their late father, the King, said.
He, however, remembered that their late father became the Ezeukwu of Ukwu at the age of 33, marking 77 years on earth on the same day.
He also marked his forty-fourth year on the throne of Ukwu a few days before then. I believe the man ran his race, and he ran a really good race.
He ran a race worthy of emulation and we are determined to keep the touch flowing as his children,” added Prince C.O Enweremmadu.”
