Job Responsibilities

  • Supports the Shift Team Lead in delivering the PQCDSM – Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Morale
  • Flow to the work as wanted to fulfill the enterprise want
  • Collaborate throughout strains and cell with different technicians as required to keep up cohesive, responsive, versatile organization
  • Familiarize and adjust to all relevant and related enterprise processes, process and insurance policies
  • Ensures that defects are discovered and stuck each day on assigned tools, most particularly round excessive loss areas
  • Fixes defects discovered, submits notifications for defects tools proprietor is unable to repair and continues to follow-up till defect is repaired
  • Key driver for analyzing all security dangers and driving out losses related to these dangers
  • Implement all required and beneficial actions/obligations to help Operating groups by way of the IWS (Integrated Work System) Phase Journey
  • Participate in Shift Transition Meeting and Planned Stop huddles/critiques, per the Site DDS (Daily Direction Setting)  DMS (Daily Management system)
  • Participate in month-to-month performance assessment with Shift crew lead and quarterly assessment with Line lead utilizing scorecard/PAP (Personal Action Plan)
  • Participate in month-to-month / quarterly division crew conferences/briefings
  • Actively take part in venture supply and execution
  • Support assets to adjust to established requirements and doc requirements for enhancements made

Role necessities

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Ability to develop and successfully coach and practice different technicians/ new joiners
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Continuous enchancment mindest
  • Availability to work in shifts
  • Minimum of 4 years of “hands-on” expertise in a manufacturing setting, ideally in an FMCG firm
  • Sound information of PLC and Siemens S7
