Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, is finally allowed to meet with him
Mr Ifeanyi Ejiofor’s application to meet with his client, Nnamdi Kanu, has been approved by the Department of State Security (DSS).

Ejiofor announced on his Twitter account a time ago. “Update, Thankfully, our efforts are bearing fruit; we have just got a communication approving our visit to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, our client.
Will update the rest of the world on the outcome shortly after the meeting, later in the day. We have God with us.”
The secret police arraigned Kanu in court on Tuesday and ordered him in jail until July 26th. After escaping bail in 2017, the pro-secessionist leader has been on the run since 2017. Terrorism, treasonable felony, and illegal possession of firearms are among the allegations he faces.
