Akima has been served with a 50 million naira defamatory suit filed against him by Don Kigho.
Recall that Efemena Umukoro was issued a legal notice by Bar. Osheri, counsel to Efe Don Kigho (the President General of Oruarivie-Abraka Youth Council, Worldwide, the Onoturede of Oruarivie-Abraka Kingdom and the Community Liaison officer to DELSU) requesting Akima to retract his defamatory publications against Efe Don Kigho or face legal action.
