The stakeholders, who believe 15 is too many, have asked the aspirants to confer among themselves in order to reduce the number to three or four.
What a member of the Party said
A party insider said that the issue could be discussed at tomorrow’s National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting.
However, according to the source, none of the 15 applicants had been officially informed about the move.
Dr. Nicholas Msheliza, Director of Contact and Mobilization for Aminu Tambuwal’s presidential campaign, stated the Tambuwal camp was unaware of the move.
