Delta guber: Oborevwori in early lead, beats 13 other aspirants
Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, is leading the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) primary race.
Oborevwori has scored 285 votes in the three out of the six ballot boxes sorted so far, which is being done in full view of the cameras, Journalists, security officers, and officials of the Independent Electoral Commission, INEC.

Meanwhile, before the election, Chief David Edevbie and Mr. Braduce Angozi departed the aspirants’ canopy.
