Col Sambo Dasuki (retd.), a previous National Security Adviser (NSA), on Thursday, appeared in a Federal High Court, Abuja, for his trial on charges of cash laundering and prohibited ownership of guns set up against him by the workplace of the At torney-General of the Fed eration (AGF).

Dasuki, who made his very first court appearance after his release from a 4-year long detention prior to Jus tice Ahmed Mohammed, withdrew 2 different Applications, which he submitted in demonstration against his consistent trial without being launched from prohibited custody.

However, none of the 2 other cases had actually shown up because December 24 2019, when he was launched from the custody of the Depart ment of State Services (DSS).

At the resumed hearing on Thursday, Dasuki, through his counsel, Olukayode Ari woola, withdrew his 2 different applications submitted in demonstration against his ongoing detention.
