Job Description

  • Maintains buyer data by following Customers upgrades, downgrades, Retrievals, Re-locations, replacements and extra {hardware} and companies.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related tools or materials.
  • Respond to complaints from clients and provides after-sales help when requested. Store and type monetary and non-financial information in digital kind and current reports.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inform purchasers of unexpected delays or issues.

Requirements
