Job Description

  • Responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of mortgage relationships.
  • Responsible for spreading and analyzing monetary statements, addressing trade dangers, collateral necessities, mortgage structuring and pricing, credit score evaluation, monitoring credit score performance and mortgage shows.
  • Reports on mortgage actions associated to previous dues, documentation and collateral exceptions, monetary performance updates, portfolio profitability, and so on.
  • Maintains present relationships.
  • Assists Relationship Managers and Branch Center Managers with credit score requests.
  • Responsible for increasing, constructing, and sustaining client relationships, offering the best stage of customer support. Cross promote different financial institution merchandise.
  • Performs different duties as required.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Banking & Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration.
  • Practicaluse and/or application of primary lending ideas, theories, and ideas.
  • Basic data of information of credit score evaluation; spreading and analyzing monetary statements; credit score scoring; mortgage documentation.
  • Experience with financial institution mortgage and deposit techniques.
  • Minimum of two years cognate working expertise.
  • Experience in a micro finance financial institution can be an added benefit
