Requirements

Job Summary

Mutual Funds Certificates Administration:

  • Receive certificates and schedule from Registrars
  • Update Hitrust by altering standing to ‘Final Dispatch’.

  • Stamp, seal and send the remaining certificates to Trustees
  • Upon receipt from Trustees, extract ARM workers certificates and different Hold mails and particular directions and send remaining certificates to registrars for dispatch to shoppers.

Mutual Funds Subscription Process:

  • Data Entry
  • Enter new client’s profiles on Hitrust
  • Set-up new shoppers portfolios on Hitrust
  • Match shoppers’ funds on Bank Statement with client’s particulars on Hitrust
  • Allocate models to shoppers entered on Hitrust
  • Review and add on-line e-form despatched by Account Officers into Hitrust
  • Resolve and reconcile all exceptions arising from knowledge matching

Data Authorization-Discovery Fund, AGF & Ethical Investment:

  • Subscription authorization
  • Subscription settlement
  • Daily pricing of all Funds
  • Update value on Hitrust & Hiport
  • Send day by day costs to all recipients and constantly handle mailing checklist
  • Send computerized e-mail notifications to shoppers on all licensed transactions
  • Manage Pool Account to make sure all moneys acquired within the Bank are invested within the Fund on day by day foundation.
  • Daily add of Bank Statements on the cheque register
  • Send weekly schedule of processed subscription to Registrars for certificates issuance.
  • Submit report of weekly inflows & outflows to unit head and Business Development
  • Send Reports of weekly efficiency to all Account Executives and Head of Sales

Mutual Funds Redemption Process:

  • Collate redemption requests nationwide
  • Contact shoppers/Acct Officers on excellent documentation
  • Prepare redemption schedule and send to registrars
  • Liaise with registrars on redemptions points (e.g. irregular signature, incomplete transactions, and so forth)

Other Important duties:

  • Follow up on redemption requests and supply shoppers reference numbers for CITs & DIT
  • Must be capable to deal with on the spot & over-the-phone client requests and questions
  • Must present good assist to supervisor in areas of managing firm & shoppers’ points
