Peter Obi Cultist Handshake real or fake? 

There have been discussions regarding the manner in which Mr. Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, greeted one of his lawyers during his appearance at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal on May 8th.

The circulation of a photograph depicting Mr. Obi engaging in an unconventional handshake with his legal counsel has elicited reactions from various individuals, including human rights activist Deji Adeyanju.

There have been claims that the act of shaking hands is exclusively practised by individuals who are members of a secret organisation.

Before the contentious handshake, dissatisfied individuals from various political parties had gathered on the morning of Monday, May 8th at the Presidential Election Petition Court.

The moment the presidential candidate of the Labour Party arrived the court was captured on camera.

Mr Obi’s presence set social media abuzz with reactions as he was spotted exchanging pleasantries with his lawyers immediately he arrived the court house.

The Court of Appeal’s Presidential Election Petition Tribunal comprises a panel of five judges, with Justice Haruna Tsammani serving as the presiding judge.

Other panel members include Justice Stephen Adah, Justice Misitura Bolaji-Yusuf, Justice Boloukuoromo Moses Ugo and Justice Abbah Mohammed.
