PSG unveil Christophe Galtier as new coach
The French champions Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), who are owned by Qatar, have named Christophe Galtier as their new coach.

The Frenchman, 55, took over for Mauricio Pochettino, who was fired from his position as Nice coach earlier on Tuesday. He left his position in June.

Since the Qataris acquired the club 11 years ago, Galtier has been PSG’s seventh coach. He led Lille to the Ligue 1 championship in 2021, and it is expected that he will finally hoist the Champions League trophy.
