The Action Democratic Party Governorship Aspirant in the 2019 general elections in Delta State, Comrade Frank Ufuoma Esanubi has reassured the children and youths of Delta State of quality and free education at all levels if he becomes the governor of the State.

Comrade Esanubi made this assertion in a press release to mark this year’s children’s day celebration.
He decried the fallen standard of education and the decay in human capital and infrastructure in virtually all the public schools in the state.

He stated that his administration will provide “free and qualitative education with significant autonomy for public schools to compete favorably with private and foreign institutions utilizing his novel refundable school fees model”.

He further said that, “The depilated and poultry looking infrastructures accepted as schools today will be a thing of the past under my watch”. Comrade Esanubi declared that this will be achieved through the renovations and upgrade of all primary and secondary schools in the state and provision of modern teaching tools.

He also hinted that he will create governing boards for state owned educational institutions (comprising 4 representatives each from staff, parents of students and old students’ association). This he said will stimulate additional funding to the schools from alumni and other donors.

He used the opportunity to urge the children to join their parents in praying for his emergence as Governor of Delta State. He wished all children of Delta state a wonderful children day celebrations.
