107 IPOB members have been Arrested by Ghanaian Government.

Emma Powerful, the outlawed group’s image maker, confirmed the arrest in a statement on Thursday, noting that 25 of the victims were deported to Nigeria immediately.

The government of Ghana and its security agencies allegedly arrested, intimidated, harassed, tortured, and humiliated ‘Biafrans’ living in Ghana, according to the statement.
“We recall Ghana’s role in the genocidal war waged against the good people of Biafra between 1967 and 1970.
IPOB will never forget how Ghana refused to assist Biafra’s children during the Nigerian government’s botched attempt to wipe Biafra off the face of the earth, with the support of British authorities.
“It is shameful and unfortunate that the Ghanaian government and security forces were able to arrest 107 Biafrans living in the country during their monthly meeting, detain and deport 25 of them to Nigeria, while others went missing.”
“Our family in Ghana is still searching for them; we are advising the good people of Ghana to look for our people in Ghana and produce them to the Biafran government or face the consequences,” the statement said.
“In Ghana, we are looking for 82 Biafran citizens. Ghana kidnapped two-year-old Biafra citizens and held them incommunicado in Ghana prisons for two weeks without charging them.
“Recently, the Ghanaian government, led by Nana Dankwa Akufua Ado, and his security agencies reaffirmed their hatred for Biafrans. The Ghana government and its criminal partners have been cracking down on Biafra businesses in Ghana since 2019. This is pure depravity.

“We are urging Ghanaians and friends of Ghana President John Kufuor to inform him that he should stop cooperating with Nigeria’s Fulani-controlled Federal Government in oppressing Biafra. We’re keeping track of everything. Because of his self-interest, Nana Ado should not be allowed to make Ghana perpetual enemies of Biafra, according to the IPOB statement.
