In a letter addressed to the leader of IOO, Professor Banji Akintoye, Adeleye stated that his resignation will be effective immediately.
The following is an excerpt from the notification letter: “I write to notify you of my resignation as Communications Secretary, Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide with immediate effect.”
