This was disclosed on the N-Power scheme’s verified Twitter page.

Npower is a social-economic initiative set up by the Federal to establish employment and empowerment opportunities for young Nigerians who are unemployed.

Applicants from Npower
Under the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, began in 2016.

There are many categories of the Npower scheme, such as N-Teach, N-Agro, N-Tax, N-build, N-Tech and N-Creative, etc.

The service also has volunteers from batches such as Batch A, B & C. However, in June and July 2020, Batch A and B beneficiaries left the programme, respectively. Although Batch ‘C’ will begin shortly, as Batch C applicants have started training under Npower creative.

Initially, the Npower programme was placed under Vice President Yemi Osinbajo’s control until it was moved to the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, where Sadiya Umar Farouq is Head of the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs.

Some Nigerians who are not happy with the Development, that the North has to kick Start Npower training, perhaps others are not, express their dissatisfaction on Twitter.
