Job Title: Auto Packer / Auto Loader Operator (Cement Industry)

Description

• Carry out easy arithmetic operations for loading applications.
• Manually right loading applications when errors happen.
• Count and report completed and rejected luggage of cement.
• Clean the auto packer with compressed air throughout and at the top of every shift.
• Ensure ATC and loading slips are acquired earlier than vehicles are loaded.
• Ensure security of personnel by working the auto packer in accordance with commonplace working procedures.
• Stop or reset auto packer when malfunctions happen, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor.
• Adjust machine elements and machine stress and stress in keeping with dimension or processing angle of product.

Requirements, Skills and Competencies

• SSCE + 10 years work expertise. Trade Test II + 8 years work expertise
• Ability to function auto packer successfully
• Good data of the cement packing machines/ capabilities and procedures
• Good data of management room operations.
• Basic data of cement manufacturing course of
• Working data auto packer elements and their capabilities
