Appeal Court Affirms Omo-Agege’s re-election as PDP dominates APC

It was a mix jubilation in Delta State today as Appeal Court favours the two dominating party within the state.

The Appeal Court setting in Edo State has of the Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege.

Appeal Court also of Hon. Leo Ogor, representing Isoko Federal Constituency, under the umbrella of People’s Democratic Party, PDP.

The appellate court additionally upheld the election of Senator James Manager of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Delta South Senatorial district.

Meanwhile, the Court in its Wisdom upturned the Court judgment which sacked Hon. Ben Igbakpa, the Honorable member representing Ethiope Federal Constituency in the House of Representative.
