APGA spits fire

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has stated that Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, will not reverse his decision to eradicate all forms of criminality from the state.

In the interest of the people, the party informed Anambra citizens that the governor is against criminality and criminal groups.

With their recent “hit and run” methods, the criminal elements are just engaging in “self-deception,” according to the party, and the governor cannot be terrified by their “cowardice attacks.”

Chinedu Obigwe, the National Coordinator of the APGA Media Warriors Forum, told journalists in Awka on Saturday that Soludo was not fighting the Indigenous People of Biafra, but rather working with them and other security forces to eliminate all forms of criminality for the sake of ndi Anambra.

The governor is resolved to nip insecurity in the bud in Anambra, according to Obigwe, who also emphasised that the protection of people and property is the underpinning of sustained development.

“Those behind the insecurity in Anambra state are not freedom fighters,” he continued, “because freedom fighters do not suppress and oppress those for whom they are fighting.”

“Ndi Anambra should realise that Soludo is battling for their freedom from the clutches of evil criminals.

“As for the governor, he will not rest on his laurels until he achieves his goal of establishing the state’s security of lives and property.”

The state government’s main goal, according to the party, is to transform Anambra into a livable and thriving homeland, which can only be accomplished by ensuring the state’s security for investors and citizens.

As a result, it asked for the people’s sustained support in the fight against criminals and state adversaries.

“On Friday, the state’s criminals mistakenly began on a mission of firing at the Isuofia area in order to intimidate the nice residents of that village.

“Those behind this cowardly attack should have taken into account that the state governor is adamant about ridding the state of such evil, and such a cowardly attack will have no effect,” the party added.

That is the latest on APGA spits fire.
