We get you covered with the Tuesday January 11th day 3 matches.

The 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (also referred to as AFCON 2021 or CAN 2021), known as the TotalEnergies 2021 Africa Cup of Nations is the 33rd edition of the Africa Cup of Nations,

The tournament is hosted by Cameroon, and will take place from 9 January to 6 February 2022.

As the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) kicks off in Cameroon on Sunday, the Super Eagles of Nigeria will begin their quest for a fourth continental title.

Nigeria, 2013 winners, are in Group D of the competition.

They will battle Egypt, Sudan, and Guinea-Bissau in Garoua.

Austine Eguavoen, the interim coach who was appointed to replace long-time manager Gernot Rohr, had called up 28 players for the soccer party weeks before the competition.

However, for the AFCON, the three-time African champions will be without talismanic striker Victor Osimhen and a few other players.

On health grounds, the country’s top scorer in the championship qualification games was ruled out of the tournament.

He wasn’t the only one who had been overlooked for the team. Dennis Emmanuel of Watford and Odion Ighalo of Manchester United were also replaced days after the invitation list was released.

Despite this, some fans are optimistic that the Super Eagles will have a strong showing in the tournament.

On Tuesday, they will face Egypt, the seven-time world champions.
