47-year-old Man has been arrested in Imo for impregnating his 17-year-old daughter
The Imo State Police Command has arrested 47-year-old Uchenna Egbuchulem for allegedly impregnating his 17-year-old biological daughter after forcefully having canal knowledge of her.

Spokesperson of the command SP Ikeokwu Orlando, who confirmed the report said that the suspect, from Nduhu Alaenyi Ogwa in Mbaitoli Local Government Area of the state, was arrested on the Tuesday, May 12, upon a report received from a good Samaritan by the operatives of the Divisional Police hqrs, Mbaitoli.
According to the spokesman, the victim, Adaku Egbuchulem was an infant when her father separated from her mother.
The mother of the girl, an Ivory Coast national was said to have left the marriage and returned back to her country when the girl was an infant.
The suspect then began to take advantage of the girl. He allegedly forced her to bed by threatening to kill her with a machete.
Orlando said investigation has commenced and the suspect will be charged to court accordingly.
