2023: Leave Peter Obi, Join The Ruling Party –APC Begs Kwankwaso

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has urged Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, the NNPP’s presidential candidate, to join the organization he helped found.

Yakubu Murtala Ajaka, the APC’s deputy national publicity secretary, requested Kwankwaso return to the party to which he made significant contributions to its growth while speaking with reporters on Sunday in Abuja.

The former governor of Kano is very knowledgeable about how the current government was put together, the APC spokesperson claims.

Ajaka urged Kwankwaso to turn back before it was too late while cautioning him not to be duped by Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi and his ‘Obidient’ movement, which he claims only exists on social media.

The spokesperson for the ruling party emphasized that winning two states would not make Kwankwaso “Mr. President” and that Kwankwaso’s best chance of winning the presidency lay in rejoining the APC.

“For this reason, I said it’s still possible for him to join the APC. Instead of his current sectional NNPP, where he naturally belongs and has a guarantee of one day becoming president.

To fulfil his desire to run for president, Kwankwaso needs a national party like the APC. Therefore, I beg him to take the necessary action before it’s too late,” he said.
